YXD Series (IP44)Three-phase Asynchronous Motor

产品概述

YXD系列（IP44）变极多速三相异步电动机是Y系列（IP44）三相异步电动机的派生电动机产品。它利用改变定子绕组的接法以改变电动机的极数，从而电动机用一套或两套绕组来获得两种或两种以上的转速。

我厂目前生产的YXD系列(IP44)从80-280机座号11个机座号，共96个规格。

YXD系列（IP44）变极多速三相异步电动机的安装尺寸、外形尺寸、绝缘等级、冷却方法、结构及安装型式，使用条件、额定电压、额定频率、等均与Y系列(IP44）电动机相同。

YXD系列（IP44）变极多速三相异步电动机由于具有可随负载性质的要求而分级变化转速，从而达到了功率的合理匹配和简化了变速系统的特点。它适用于各式切削机床、矿山冶金机械、纺织机械、印染机械、化工机械、农业机械等需要逐级调速的各传动机构。该系列案JB/T7127-1993《YXD系列变极多速三相异步电动机技术条件》设计制造。同时还可以生产各种规格电磁制动多速三相异步电动机。

Brief introduction of product

YXD series(IP44) electrode varied and multi-speed three—phase asynchronous motor is derived from series(lp44) three-phase asynchronous motor.lt makes use of changingstatpr winding connection method to change electrode number than gets the
dual or more speed by using single or dual windings.
At present we produce 96 specifications.Frame number range from 80-280 total 11numbers.
The YXD series(lP44) install size outline size,insulating degree,safety depree,cooling mode,stucture,install mode,application conditions, rating voltage and rating frequency same as Yseries.
YXD series (IP44) electrode-varied and multi-speed three—phase asynchronous motor can change the power and simplity the shift device.This series series adaptto every kind of frive machine that need mulri-speed,for example,machine tool cutting,
mining & metallurgy machinery,spinning machinery,printing and dyeing machinery chemical machinery,agricultural machinery,this series should be made according to the JB/T7127-1993 《The technical conditions for YXD series electrode-varied and
multi-speed three phase asynchronous motor》 . We can also produce various kind of specification electromagnetism brake multi-speed three phase asynchronous motor.
